Job summary

Axia Residential's Netherley Park in Union City, GA seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep apartments safe, functional, and welcoming. You’ll handle make-readies, repairs, and preventative maintenance with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments with quality make-readies on schedule.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, flooring and carpentry.
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community.
• Maintain appearance and functionality of common areas, amenities and grounds.
• Assist with emergency maintenance and on-call rotation.
• Work with Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to prioritize daily work.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional service while building relationships with residents and team members.
