Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician in Owings Mills, MD. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the apartment community meets company standards and applicable laws, handling HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues.

You will respond to service tickets, maintain common and unit areas, and communicate clearly with residents and staff. A driver’s license and vehicle are expected, with HVAC/EPA/CFC certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas per company standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets and communicate updates to residents and staff.
