Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in the maintenance field.
• Must have the manual dexterity to operate equipment, work in confined spaces, lift up to 80 lbs, and use power and hand tools.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and independently in a demanding business environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs and maintains gasoline-related equipment and performs preventive maintenance.
• Tests leak detectors and product lines to ensure safety and reliability.
• Facilitates repairs by contacting service vendors for materials.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Maintains cash registers and related equipment by troubleshooting and reprogramming as needed.
• Documents actions and communicates needs to team to maintain continuity.
• Maintains and services HVAC systems and building climate control.
• Repairs doors, plumbing and building finishes and recommends improvements.
• Maintains gas pumps, hoses and display boards for safe operation.
• Ensures operation of walk-in coolers and refrigeration equipment.
