Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning and maintaining gasoline related equipment; performs preventive maintenance; tests leak detectors and product lines.
• Facilitates repairs by contacting service vendors for materials.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains cash registers, money order machines and safes by troubleshooting repairs and reprogramming equipment.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
• Maintains HVAC systems by installing, repairing and servicing heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems.
• Keeps equipment, systems and building ready for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules; repairing and replacing HVAC-related items.
• Maintains gas pumps by changing nozzles, hoses, splashguards, and filters and display boards.
• Ensures operation of equipment by diagnosing, repairing and maintaining walk-in coolers, freezers, refrigerators and fountains.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
