Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the apartment or hotel maintenance field.
• HVAC and EPA certifications.
• Knowledge about AC systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Bilingual with the ability to speak Spanish would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on units.
• Identify issues and perform HVAC-related tasks and other duties.
• Close out work orders upon completion.
• Inspect units after vacancy and prepare them for occupancy.
