Job summary

Ambling Property Investments is seeking an experienced maintenance technician for George Washington School Apts in Kingsport, TN. The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, and ensuring our apartment community runs smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Basic data entry and work processing skills; experience with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance checks.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
• Read and comprehend manuals and service bulletins for repairs.
• Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments and monitor outside contractors.
• Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service responses and on-call support.
• Perform grounds work and quarterly unit inspections.
