Responsibilities

Schedule and complete preventative maintenance checks.
Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
Read and comprehend maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine repair methods.
Complete make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed.
Assist in monitoring all work by outside contractors.
Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service responses.
Monitor and maintain building systems as assigned.
Notify Property Manager of unusual occurrences or damages.
Perform grounds work as directed and conduct quarterly inspections.
