The role requires 3–5 years in industrial maintenance or related trades, with strong HVAC or electrical troubleshooting skills and proficiency with hand tools, welding, and electrical codes. On-site work with a 4‑day, 10‑hour schedule offers a 3‑day weekend and day‑1 benefits.
