Job summary

Spectrum Control, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to set up, maintain, calibrate, modify and repair production and measurement equipment, and to support plant infrastructure maintenance across our facilities.

The role requires 3–5 years in industrial maintenance or related trades, with strong HVAC or electrical troubleshooting skills and proficiency with hand tools, welding, and electrical codes. On-site work with a 4‑day, 10‑hour schedule offers a 3‑day weekend and day‑1 benefits.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
3–5 years industrial maintenance or construction trades experience preferred.
Strong background in HVAC or electrical machine troubleshooting desired.
Must be able to safely use hand and power tools and forklifts.
Certification if HVAC background is present.
Knowledge of conduit wiring, electrical codes, and welding techniques.

Responsibilities

Assemble, install and test electrical or electronic wiring and equipment.
Maintain electrical equipment to meet codes at all levels.
Calibrate and repair production and measurement equipment; service HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Assist in installation of plant infrastructure and power distribution systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and stay current with trade practices.
