Morgan Properties in Annandale, NJ is hiring a Service Technician to maintain residential community standards. In this full-time role you will troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure timely responses to service tickets.

You will communicate clearly with residents and office staff to coordinate repairs and updates. Required: valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred; 1 year related

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards and applicable laws.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates.
