Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC/EPA certifications or similar credentials are a plus.
• Hands-on maintenance experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and repairs.
• Team player with effective communication.
• Flexible to handle after-hours or weekend emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
• Address and resolve resident maintenance requests promptly.
• Conduct property inspections and address needs proactively.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize work orders.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain organized inventory of tools and supplies.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and respond to after-hours emergencies.
