Job summary

Envolve Communities LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service an Indianapolis, IN community. The role focuses on general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs, with emphasis on reliable, customer-focused service.

The successful candidate will have HVAC certification and multiple years of maintenance experience, be able to lift heavy equipment, and participate in occasional overtime. Background screening and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification with 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely with proper technique.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
• Normal hours typically 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri; overtime may occur.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters and electrical fixtures; basic carpentry.
• Perform preventive maintenance as needed and complete work orders.
• Document operations and maintenance activities accurately.
