Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, completing requests within 24 hours, doing preventive maintenance, and helping with curb appeal. On-call rotation and teamwork are integral.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or facilities management.
• HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community interiors and exteriors to a high standard.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Maintain curb appeal and assist with grounds upkeep.
• Rotate on-call duties for after-hours support.
