• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
• Reliable transportation and ability to move heavy equipment.
• Background screening and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, and basic carpentry.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in HVAC, plumbing and electrical areas.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and complete work orders with proper documentation.
