Job summary

MacDonald Property Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Villas at Henderson in Cleburne, TX. The ideal candidate will handle general maintenance tasks with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and provide excellent resident service.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance, HVAC certification a plus, and availability for emergency calls. Normal hours are 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.
• Background screening and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, sinks and basic carpentry.
• Perform preventive maintenance as needed and complete work orders with proper documentation.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and assist with grounds cleaning as needed.
• Be available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
