Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical tasks, and general repairs within a multi-unit residential property.

Strong customer service and communication are essential as you work with residents and staff to maintain a safe, comfortable living environment. Required 1–2 years of maintenance experience in commercial or multi-unit properties; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of required experience in commercial property or multi-unit residential property.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 3–4 years can offset educational requirements.
• HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on property needs.

Responsibilities

• HVAC repairs, cleaning, replacement as needed.
• Plumbing repairs and installations (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Carpentry tasks: doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.
