Job summary

Envolve Community Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at Griner Gardens in Nashville, GA. You will perform general maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry to keep the community in top condition.

Ideal candidates have HVAC certification with 3+ years of experience, can move heavy equipment, and are available for emergency calls 24/7; typical hours are 8am–5pm, Mon-Fri, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification with 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• Ability to move heavy equipment and respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
• Normal work hours are 8am–5pm, Mon-Fri, with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, and basic carpentry.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document operations of maintenance equipment.
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and respond to emergency maintenance calls.
