Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and vacant unit preparation.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand and safe to use.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding property or residents.
• Operate within safety policies and OSHA standards; respond to service requests on-call.
