Alexander Forrest Investments is seeking a hardworking maintenance team member for one of our apartment complexes. The role involves responding to work orders, renovating vacants, basic plumbing, painting, and light electrical and carpentry tasks. You must have tools and pass background checks, with HVAC certification preferred.

This position comes with base compensation that is based on experience and will be between $20-$30/hour.

COMPENSATION

• Base hourly rate between $20-$30 per hour
• Additional compensation opportunities to be identified following achievement of above milestones
