Edgewood College is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician - HVAC Lead. The incumbent reports directly to the Maintenance Manager. Duties include various aspects of building maintenance, with a primary focus on the maintenance and performance management of commercial HVAC systems. This role requires a technician capable of working both independently and as part of a team to enhance the energy efficiency and maintenance of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems across multiple buildings. HVAC systems involve numerous electrical, electronic, and mechanical components. The technician may be maintaining systems, diagnosing and repairing issues, or installing/replacing components or entire systems. Strong customer service skills are essential. Candidates should have a good work ethic, positive attitude, initiative, and a desire for continuous improvement in processes and performance within the Facilities Operations Department.
