Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Wooster, OH manufacturing operations on the production floor and maintenance areas. You will maintain and repair equipment transforming sheet metal into HVAC components, focusing on reliability and safety.

Responsibilities include executing work orders, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting pneumatics and hydraulics, and ensuring systems run smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; craft apprenticeship preferred.
• Associate's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance is advantageous.
• Three years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance with pneumatics/hydraulics knowledge.
• HVAC systems experience is a plus.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill maintenance work orders and conduct preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and enhance mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, and adjust machinery and workstations.
• Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report them for further action.
