Talent Solutions Partners in Wooster, OH seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our sheet metal fabrication and HVAC component production running smoothly. You will work on manufacturing equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to equipment or building emergencies.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a craft apprenticeship or associate degree preferred, plus at least three years in maintenance with pneumatics, hydraulics, and HVAC knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Craft apprenticeship preferred.
• Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill maintenance work orders and perform preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, and adjust machinery and workstations.
• Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report them for corrective action.
