Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Wooster, OH production floor. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing equipment used to transform sheet metal into HVAC components, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.

You will handle maintenance work orders, install and service production machines, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. A safe, efficient, and well-documented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Safety regulations adherence and clean work environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency documenting maintenance work and repairs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and different shifts.
• Prompt response to equipment/building emergencies.
• Familiarity with Safety Data Sheets in manufacturing contexts.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill maintenance work orders and perform preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and enhance mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, and adjust machinery and workstations.
• Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report them for action.
