EMBREY, a San Antonio-based real estate investment company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across buildings to keep facilities safe and functional. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks, and coordinate with contractors when needed.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, adherence to safety codes, and the ability to respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities or a related field.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints and work orders.
• Valid driver’s license if travel between sites is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on building systems.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures and appliances.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Keep work areas clean and safe, assist with renovations or furniture assembly as needed.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with contractors or vendors for specialized repairs.
