EMBREY is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Cantara at Legacy Pointe in Spring Hill, TN. The role involves routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to keep buildings safe and functional.

You will handle HVAC, plumbing and electrical tasks, respond to requests and support renovations as needed. We value hands-on experience in facilities, strong troubleshooting and the ability to read manuals and work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus.
• Experience in building maintenance or facilities a plus.
• Reading manuals, blueprints, and work orders is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures and appliances.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Keep work areas clean and safe; assist with janitorial duties if needed.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety codes and policies.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist with renovations, installations or furniture assembly.
• Monitor inventory and request replacements as needed.
• Collaborate with contractors or vendors for specialized repairs.
