Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in property maintenance, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in trades, facilities, or residential building maintenance.
• Strong leadership aptitude and experience preferred.
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS.
• Proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical trades, and appliance repair.
• Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and working order of apartments, exteriors and common areas.
• Address HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair issues.
• Manage make-ready and turnover processes to lease units promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance to preserve property value.
• Ensure building cleanliness, safety, and grounds upkeep.
• Stay compliant with building codes and safety standards; operate accident-free.
• Participate in weekend work and on-call rotation.
