Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist in operating HVAC equipment and building systems.
• Inspect facilities and read temperatures/pressures; report and repair malfunctions.
• Repair or assist in repair of faulty equipment or systems.
• Maintain safe, accessible buildings for residents and visitors.
• Complete maintenance tasks per property staff instructions and emergency guidelines.
