Babco Services is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians, Level I & II, to support residential communities across Connecticut. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, hands-on repair, and leading by example, with an hourly rate of $26.50 and a temp-to-hire path.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, mentor junior techs, and help keep communities safe, clean, and well-operated.

Competenze

• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification or HVAC certifications.
• Valid driver\'s license.
• Professional verbal and written English communication skills.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance and service requests.
