Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing and electrical systems.
• On-call availability, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Inspect building for structural damage and perform repairs.
• Record completed repairs and last service dates.
• Maintain laundry facilities and work area.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
• Grounds keeping: operate lawn equipment and snow removal.

We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
• maintaining our laundry facilities and work out area
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our facility operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
• Grounds keeping to include operating lawn equipment, trimmers etc.
• Snow removal, including the use of snow blowers, manual shoveling as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
• Valid CT driver license.
