Job summary

Bozzuto seeks a Maintenance Technician to resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare vacant units for move-in. You will ensure safety and cleanliness, support residents with service requests, and participate in on-call rotations, including evenings and weekends.

Ideal candidates have experience in building maintenance or formal trades, strong communication, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades.
• Available for emergency on-call rotations at the property.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Show care and excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
• Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs.
• Preserve building beauty and safety via general upkeep and grounds care.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call after hours.
