Additional Compensation Details:

• Pay rate of $25.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Potential for a 90-day performance-based raise
• Annual review with possible increases based on performance and tenure

The Role

As part of our team, you'll focus on facilities maintenance, including maintaining, repairing, disassembling, and troubleshooting various equipment. You will assist with installing and maintaining heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems at our Seattle locations.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills and mechanical aptitude. Teamwork is essential, and willingness to assist colleagues is expected. All employees must pass background checks, drug screening, and DMV record checks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC refrigeration equipment, ducts, diffusers, and accessories
• Use power tools for installation tasks
• Work from elevated surfaces, such as aerial lifts and ladders
• Maintain an organized work environment
• Wear appropriate PPE as prescribed
• Contribute to safety initiatives to prevent accidents

Secondary Duties

• Learn and apply Mechanical Codes
• Participate in continuing education for career growth
• Assist in maintaining company vehicles and equipment

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience with refrigeration repair and maintenance
• At least 1 year of building maintenance and facilities experience
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments for up to 4 hours
• Ability to work outdoors as required
• Basic skills in carpentry, electrical, or plumbing

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record
