Job summary

Gorman & Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Phoenix, AZ, to support our affordable housing community, Harmony at the Park. You will perform daily maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, while ensuring the property is safe and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience, strong customer service skills, and be supportive of residents’ needs. We offer competitive hourly pay and benefits including medical, dental, PTO, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of previous experience in maintenance.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety and cleanliness.
