Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in construction or building maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and insurability under LRHA's vehicle plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general repairs to the interior and exterior of Authority buildings.
• Maintain LRHA grounds, parking areas, sidewalks, and fence lines.
• Repair or replace electrical outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures and fittings.
• Respond to work orders and complete all assigned work in a timely manner.
