Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in construction or building maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability under LRHA’s vehicle plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general repairs to Authority buildings.
• Maintain LRHA grounds, parking areas, and sidewalk.
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
• Work emergency and after‑hours shifts with notice.
