Qualifications

• Over 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures.
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our residential properties in top condition. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Performing routine and emergency maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.)
2. Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally
3. Conducting property inspections and preventative maintenance
4. Preparing units for move-in and ensuring timely unit turnover, including painting, patching, cleaning, and repairs
5. Responding to work orders professionally
6. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
7. Providing excellent customer service to residents and working collaboratively with the on-site team

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Over 2 years of maintenance experience
• Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic

Compensation: $23 hourly
