Pay: $20.50 - $24.60 per hour ($42,640 - $51,168 annually)
Schedule: Full Time, Non-Exempt (40 hours/week)

Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance, repairs, and property inspections to maintain a safe and functional living environment. This role works closely with the Property Manager, and collaborates with HMJ maintenance staff to complete tasks, unit turnovers, and service requests, and maintains cleanliness of the property, including indoor and outdoor spaces while ensuring quality and timely service for residents.
