Job summary

TruCut Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and perform preventative and corrective maintenance to keep machines running efficiently.

The role supports two shifts with day and overnight schedules; overtime is common and highly encouraged to maximize earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining production equipment in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Willingness to work on multiple shifts and overtime as needed.

The Role

This isn’t just reactive maintenance.

You’ll be responsible for keeping our equipment running safely and efficiently, troubleshooting issues, and helping prevent downtime before it happens.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose issues and make timely repairs to minimize downtime

• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts

We're hiring to support two separate shifts as we continue to grow:

Day Shift: Typical schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Overnights: Typical schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM, Monday through Friday

Shift assignments will be discussed during the hiring process.

Overtime is common as we continue expanding our operations.
