Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Blue Flame manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites (a dual property location).

Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive maintenance tasks as instructed and execute the preventive maintenance program effectively.
2. Monitor and complete work orders efficiently using the Quore program.
3. Maintain property grounds and curb appeal.
4. Monitor and maintain pool/spa equipment to meet health standards.
5. Respond to guest inquiries regarding maintenance issues in rooms and public spaces, including electrical, plumbing, lock systems, and HVAC.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to two years of hotel maintenance experience.
• Experience in pool maintenance.
• Ability to handle various personalities and situations.
• Quick decision-making skills.
• Desire for excellence.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Availability for on-call duties and weekends as needed.
