Blue Flame manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont and the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites (a dual property location).

Responsibilities:

1. Clean assigned rooms in accordance with standard operating procedures.
2. Perform duties such as dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and restocking paper and soap supplies as directed by your direct supervisor.
3. Ensure all checkout room linens/terry are stripped by noon daily.

Minimum Requirements:

1. High school diploma preferred.
2. Some knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning techniques.
3. Ability to deal with various types of personalities and situations.
4. Ability to make fast and sound decisions.
5. Desire to reach perfection.
6. Ability to read and understand instructions, correspondence, and memos.
7. Availability to work weekends.
