Blue Flame manages three hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home2 Suites North (a dual property location).

As a Maintenance Technician at our hotels, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Performing preventive maintenance tasks as instructed.
2. Executing, maintaining, and completing the preventive maintenance program.
3. Monitoring work orders effectively using the Quore program to ensure proper maintenance of public spaces and guest rooms.
4. Completing assigned work orders efficiently and effectively.
5. Maintaining property grounds and curb appeal.

Examples of maintenance needs include experience with HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, boiler/chiller maintenance, and plumbing. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior experience is preferred. Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
