Sauder's Eggs in Lancaster County, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment reliable and safe. Under direct supervision, you will perform repairs, preventative maintenance and proactive monitoring on a high-speed line.

The ideal candidate has 18–36 months in mechanical systems maintenance, experience with high-speed packaging equipment, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, belts, conveyors and blueprints.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical maintenance on a high-speed production line.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearings and belts.
• Ability to read blueprints and diagnose mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute timely repairs, upgrades, and modifications on production equipment.
• Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) activities.
• Conduct routine machine rebuilds as part of PM.
• Maintain and repair farm carts and related equipment.
