The Reserve at Moonlight in Gardner, KS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Help us keep our community running smoothly, looking great, and feeling like home for residents. On-call rotation with OT pay and bonuses offered.

Responsibilities include repairs, grounds upkeep, safety compliance, and apartment turnovers. Requires HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills, plus EPA Universal License. High school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years general maintenance experience (residential preferred).
• EPA Universal License (HVAC) required.
• CPO License preferred.
• Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and major appliance repairs.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations & basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Physical Demands: able to stand, bend, lift heavy loads, climb stairs/ladders, outdoor work.

• Deliver timely, high-quality repairs and day-to-day maintenance support.
• Keep grounds, amenities, and common areas looking flawless.
• Identify and resolve safety issues and ensure seamless apartment turnovers for new residents.
• Provide reliable emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• Resident Satisfaction:Deliver timely, high-quality repairs and day-to-day maintenance support.
• Curb Appeal:Keep grounds, amenities, and common areas looking flawless.
• Property Care:Identify/resolve safety issues and ensure seamless apartment turnovers for new residents.
• On-Call Support:Provide reliable emergency support on a rotating schedule.
• Safety First:Champion a culture of safety following all industry procedures.

Schedule & Pay:

• Hours:Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-Call:Rotating schedule every third week (includesOT pay + an extra $125for your on-call week!)
• Hourly Rate:$24.00/hr+ quarterly bonuses based on property performance and exceptional service!
