Hampton Post Acute in Stockton, CA is hiring a Maintenance Assistant. You will support the Maintenance Department by keeping the facility clean, safe, and comfortable, and assist with repair and maintenance of HVAC, boilers, generators, electrical and plumbing systems.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1–3 years of relevant experience; blueprints reading and safety knowledge are expected. Local wage range is $18–$22 per hour with competitive benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ experience operating boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring schematics, etc.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance practices.
• Licensed in accordance with current standards, codes, laws, etc.
• Ability to plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installation.
• Ability to control and track direct spending and labor budgets.
