Job summary

• 1-3 years’ experience operating boilers, compressors, generators and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring schematics, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility environment in a clean, safe, and comfortable condition.
• Assist with operation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
