Williamsburg Village Healthcare Campus in DeSoto, TX is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep the building, equipment, and utilities in good working order in compliance with policies and regulations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in healthcare or similar setting.
• HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical licensure and EPA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance including painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance.
• Clean interior and exterior areas, including machinery and equipment.
• Complete administrative duties and report maintenance statuses to supervisor.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations; follow safety policies.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and coordinate with vendors.
• Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work with contracted vendors as needed.
