Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician to join our team. You will perform general maintenance, fix issues across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repair, and prep units for market-ready occupancy.

You'll be part of a tight-knit property management team, receive on-the-job training, and contribute to a hands-on culture that values reliability and resident satisfaction. Weekend/on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• EPA certification preferred and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Stay on-call for emergency maintenance needs.
• Work safely, efficiently, and with pride.
