Qualifications

• Experience in building and systems maintenance within a residential or commercial setting.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cords.
• Communicate with community directors and residents to address maintenance requests and ensure compliance with policies.
