Job summary

Jupiter-Beach-Resort- is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle upkeep and repairs across the property. You will respond to guest maintenance requests, perform basic trades, and help keep equipment functioning smoothly.

The ideal candidate shows strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and reliable teamwork. A high school diploma and at least 2 years of maintenance experience are required; the role includes comprehensive benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in maintenance.
• Extremely organized with good communication skills.
• Detail oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks including painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool & spa (minor repairs).
• Troubleshoot and repair company machinery equipment or appliances.
• Walk the property to note items needing attention.
• Respond to guest room calls/maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Keep maintenance storage areas neat and clean.
• Participate in inventory control.

Maintenance Techs will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including identifying the need for repairs, responding to guests’ maintenance requests, and servicing company equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance tasks including, but not limited to: painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool & spa (minor repairs)
• Troubleshoot and repair company machinery equipment or appliances
• While walking throughout the property, make note of items in need of attention
• Respond to guest room calls/maintenance calls in a timely manner
• Keep all maintenance storage areas neat and clean
• Be an active participant in inventory control

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role
• Extremely organized with good communication skills
