The BAM Companies in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general systems across our properties. This hands-on role focuses on keeping everything running smoothly and safely for residents and staff.

With 2–3 years of maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative tasks. EPA Type 2 or Universal certification is preferred, reflecting our commitment to quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA Type 2 or Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and structural elements.
• Ensure resident satisfaction by keeping interiors and exteriors in prime condition.
