Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED or Work Equivalent.
• Computer skills required; Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years as Maintenance Assistant preferred.
• Good English language skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Be in proper uniform with nametag.
• Maintain guest relations and resolve complaints.
• Know hotel features, hours of operation, room rates, and promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Assist in repairs: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting.
• Follow OSHA regulations and hotel policies.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineer/Supervisor on priorities.
